Privacy Policy

This Policy applies exclusively to the Fittoo mobile application. It does not extend to external websites or services that may be referenced within the Application.

Fittoo is built around a local-first, minimal-collection design. We do not seek, capture, retain, or derive personal user information through the Application's normal operation. Workout logs, profile details, and purchase state remain confined to your device unless you explicitly choose to share content outside the Application.

Information We Do Not Collect

We affirm that the Application abstains from acquiring:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or mailing addresses submitted through any in-app registration flow (none exists)
• Geolocation data from any positioning source
• Financial account credentials or payment card details
• Government-issued identification numbers
• Health records transmitted to remote servers operated by us
• Behavioral analytics, session telemetry, or usage traces
• Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking tokens

No Account Registration

Fittoo implements no registration workflow, credential provisioning, or identity verification portal. You engage with the Application without creating an account; no identity correlation record is established on our servers.

Fittoo persists training records—including muscle groups, exercise names, weights, sets, reps, dates, and optional images—within the operating-system application sandbox on your device. User profile elements such as display name and avatar, when provided, are stored locally as well.

We do not operate remote servers, cloud databases, or sync pipelines for receiving or warehousing your workout history during standard use. The Application contains no routine outbound transmission of your fitness content.

Data Loss

Because we hold no server-side backup of your training logs, device theft, hardware failure, factory reset, or accidental deletion may result in complete loss of Application data. You are responsible for maintaining platform-native encrypted backups if redundancy is required.

Fittoo offers optional in-app purchases for virtual coins used to unlock additional features. Purchase authorization is handled entirely through your device's native store interface. We do not receive or store payment card numbers, billing addresses, or other financial credentials. Coin balances and purchase receipts are maintained locally on your device.

The Application does not incorporate modules whose function involves processing facial recognition, fingerprint biometrics, heart-rate sensors, or other physiological monitoring hardware. No biometric capability shall be introduced without an updated effective date on this Policy.

Users are prohibited from storing content within the Application that is pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, or exploitative of minors. Anti-circumvention efforts to bypass content safeguards constitute a separate violation.

Privacy inquiries and support requests submitted to fittoo@gmail.com will receive substantive processing within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt, without distinction between business and non-business periods.

Data on your device benefits from the host operating system's encryption and sandbox protections, including process isolation and confined file system access. The absence of outbound network channels for workout data eliminates remote exploitation vectors for fitness content transmission.

The Application contains no advertising SDK, analytics tracker, impression framework, or audience segmentation module. We derive no revenue from observing or commercializing your behavior within Fittoo.

Because Fittoo does not collect personal information from any user regardless of age, minor-specific privacy risks are structurally prevented. Legal guardians are encouraged to supervise device usage.

You exercise full control over all locally stored data. Complete erasure may be accomplished through in-app controls, system storage clearance, or uninstalling the Application. No external data repository exists requiring separate deletion requests.

Material revisions will be presented within the Application upon your first session after publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Users who do not consent should uninstall the Application.
